Welcome to Archie. By accessing or using our AI regulatory assistant platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Archie is a software platform designed to help professionals navigate Norwegian construction regulations and related project data using AI.

2. Your Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be 18+ or legally authorized in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate account info
  • Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Only upload content you own or have rights to use

3. Use of Uploaded Content

You retain full ownership of your uploaded files and queries.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process that content only to generate AI responses.
We do not use your data to train models or share it externally.

4. AI + Infrastructure Notice

Your interactions may be processed by third-party AI models hosted in secure environments.
We use these models strictly for inference and do not expose your data for external training.

Archie is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
All information is AI-generated and should be independently verified before use in any professional or legal setting.

6. Data Protection

We comply with GDPR. You have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

7. Service Availability

This is a beta product. We may update, pause, or modify functionality at any time without notice.
There may be interruptions or incomplete outputs — use is at your own risk.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect violation of these terms or platform misuse.

9. Feedback

If you share feedback, you allow us to use it freely to improve the platform — without obligation or compensation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Oslo, Norway.
